Check the Garmin Connect website to ensure that the data has synced accordingly from your device to the Garmin Connect system. Only verified data tracked and synced to Garmin Connect will be sent to AIA Vitality. Any manually entered physical activity or activity recorded with a third-party device or app are not eligible for AIA Vitality Points.
If it has been more than 48 hours since you synced your device to Garmin Connect and you have followed the troubleshooting steps but are still experiencing issues, please contact the AIA Vitality Member Services team with the following information:
- A screenshot of the missing data
- Your Garmin login email address
