This could be as a result of permissions allowed within the Garmin Connect account.
To ensure your Garmin account is set up correctly for data to be sent to AIA Vitality, please complete the below troubleshooting steps to reset the link between the two accounts.
If it has been more than 48 hours since completing the troubleshooting step and the error persists, please contact the AIA Vitality Member Services team with the following information:
- A screenshot of the error message
- Your Garmin login email address
