Please make sure that you have linked the correct Google Fit account to your AIA Vitality membership, and are using the Google Fit app or a fitness device installed with Google Fit to track your fitness data in order to be eligible for Points.
If your data has not synced to AIA Vitality after 24 hours, log out of the AIA Vitality app, re-link your Google Fit account and enable permissions. This will prompt the system to re-sync any missing data within the last 14 days.

- A screenshot of the missing data
- Device type
- Android version
- AIA Vitality app version
