Please make sure that you are using the Google Fit app or a fitness device installed with Google Fit to track your fitness data in order to be eligible for points.
If your data has not synced to AIA Vitality after 48 hours, log out and then log back in to the AIA Vitality app. This will force the app to resync your data. If you are still experiencing missing data on your AIA Vitality account, please contact the AIA Vitality Member Services team with the following information:
- A screenshot of the missing data
- Device type
- Android version
- AIA Vitality app version
