Points cap apply for each assessment, check and vaccination. AIA Vitality points will only reflect in your AIA Vitality account up to 48 hours after submission.
If it has been more than 48 hours and you are still missing points or receiving an error when submitting your document, please contact the AIA Vitality Member Services team with the following information:
- A screenshot of the error message
- Type of assessment, check or vaccinations
- Date and time of document submission
- Confirm if submission was on:
- AIA Vitality website (browser type Chrome, Internet Explorer, Safari)
- AIA Vitality app (Android or iOS) version
