Please ensure you have synced your fitness device or app to your AIA Vitality account. As part of the personalised Active Benefits weekly target, all devices need to be synced at least once every six days. If you are syncing regularly, please ensure that your points are posting correctly to your AIA Vitality account and that push notifications have been enabled for the AIA Vitality app.
If you have met the above criteria and are still within seven days of the redemption period, please contact the AIA Vitality Member Services team with the following information:
- A screenshot of the error
- Phone type (iPhone X, Samsung Galaxy, etc.)
- Vitality app version
- Phone OS version
