Only verified data tracked and synced to Fitbit will be sent to AIA Vitality. Any manually entered physical activity or activity recorded with a third-party device or app are not eligible for AIA Vitality points.
If it has been more than 48 hours since you synced your Fitbit device and you have followed the troubleshooting steps (but are still experiencing issues), please contact the AIA Vitality Member Services team with the following information:
- A screenshot of the missing data
- Your Fitbit login email address
- Fitbit ID
