Only verified data tracked on the Apple Watch or the Apple Health app will be eligible for AIA Vitality Points. Any data manually entered will not be valid.
Please log out and log back in to the AIA Vitality app as this will force the app to re-sync your data. If you are still experiencing missing or incorrect data on your AIA Vitality account after 48 hours, please contact AIA Vitality Member Services team with the following information:
- A screenshot of the missing data
- Device type
- iOS version
- AIA Vitality app version
To find a list of all your step data in Apple Health, navigate to:
- Show All Data
