If you have met the Points requirements i.e. logged three meals for seven consecutive days (no future dated meals) and it has been more than 48 hours, please contact the AIA Vitality Member Services Team with the following information:
- AIA Vitality Membership Number
- Fitbit login email address
- Fitbit ID
- Screenshot of missing data
To locate your Fitbit ID:
- Log into your Fitbit account on the website
- Click on ‘View Profile’
- Find Fitbit ID within the URL
For example: fitbit.com/user/1ABCDE
