As an AIA Vitality member, you can earn points for tracking a minimum of seven hours of sleep through a compatible fitness device. To do this, simply:
- Link either your Apple Health, Garmin or Fitbit account to AIA Vitality
- Get at least seven hours of sleep (in a 24-hour period; this runs midday to midday)
- Wait 48 hours for points to be awarded
Please note that sleep tracking points will only be awarded for activity tracked directly on the device. Manually entered data or data from third-party apps or devices may affect the allocation of your AIA Vitality points.
